Born in the UK, Jim moved to Canada at age 6, then to Florida at age 12.  After getting his BA in Advertising from the University of Central Florida, he started an ad agency with a college friend, where he was Creative Director until he sold it after a decade.

As a life-long amateur photographer, he started Macbeth Studio in 2006. That company has evolved into a full-service photography and videography studio, with a full-time staff of 4.

Jim has been recognized with the American Advertising Federation's Silver Medal Award and the UCF Distinguished Alumni Award. 

He serves on the Board of REBUILD Globally, and donates time and resources to several pet-rescue organizations.

Jim is a private pilot, and enjoys soccer, motorcycling, snowboarding, and Guinness.

Beth Hobart is a proud UCF grad and local Realtor who is extremely passionate about her community. She currently serves on the Orlando City Foundation Board, the Historic Preservation Board for the City of Orlando, and the Downtown Orlando Partnership. Beth also volunteers with REBUILD Globally and Quest Inc.

Beth is an alumni of the Downtown Orlando Partnership’s Connect DTO Inaugural Class, an alumni of Leadership Orlando’s Class 90, and a graduate of the Mayor’s City Academy.  

Aside from staying involved in the community, and helping people buy and sell homes, Beth is an avid runner who loves traveling with her husband, Jim, walking their rescue dog, Tommy, and leaving the world a little better than she found it…. all while drinking copious amounts of coffee.

Orlando native Flynn Dobbs, attended Florida State University and graduated with degrees in Art History and Museum Studies. Growing up in a home surrounded by artists, Flynn's appreciation and love for the arts started at a very young age. Her dedication to the arts continues to be fueled by the dynamic growth of our local arts community. 

She serves on the Downtown Orlando Arts District Board of Directors, the Mennello Museum Board of Trustees for the City of Orlando and is a Director for the Local Love Orlando Foundation. 

In addition, she is an avid art collector, enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling, and adventures with her sidekick, Schumie the Goldendoodle.
